This Schedule of Activities is for the benefit of visitors attending
the Old Fort MacArthur Days Living History Event. 
This schedule is subject to change without notice.  

2012 Schedule of Activities 
 
Openning Ceremonies
* Gate opens at 1000
* Flag Raising Ceremony at 1010 
     The Philippino Scout Historical Society will have the honor of raising the Flag.
* Parade of Troops will take place
on the battle field area following the
flag raising ceremony.

Closing Ceremonies
* The Espirit de Corp Award
Presentations will take place
on Sunday at 1530 (3:30 PM)
before the flag lowering ceremony. 
 
* Flag Lowering Ceremony
will begin at 1550 (3:50 PM)
 
     Groups have not been selected to lower the Colors at this time.

Main Entertainment

Main Battle Field Events:
1100 4th Marine Flag Raising, 
          the Spanish-American War Battle,
          the Colonial firing demonstrations  
1275 (12:45 PM) Safety Firing Demonstrations
          and World War II Battle 
1475 (2:45 PM) Artillery Firing Demonstration
          and Civil War Battle
 
Frontier Town Events:
12:00 PM Fashion Show & Frontier Shootout
          On Saturday ONLY the Pirates
          will raid the town.
1400 (2:00 PM) Frontier Shootout 
     

Other Activities
 
Swordmanship Demonstration, Gladiator Training, Flintlock & Matchlock Firing Demonstrations, and British Lady & Gentleman Fitting will take place at various locations during the event.
 
 
Entertainment and other activities will take
place in the encampments located through
out the grounds of the event.  Activities will
include lectures, speeches, demonstrations, 
weapon firing, and drilling.  Check with the
individual encampments for their schedule
of activities. 
 
 
Special Saturday Activity
The Rogue Privateers will hold an auction of
goods and merchandise 'taken from' the various,
participating organizations.  All funds from this
auction will benefit the Fort MacArthur Museum. 
The auction will take place Saturday only.
