The History
Officially 2014 will mark the 28th Anniversary of the
Old Fort MacArthur Days fundraiser event.

The annual fundraiser grew from an artillery show to one of the
premier, and continuous, event in the Los Angeles County.
At various times, the show is one of the longest running Living
History event in all of Southern California.  In 1999 the event
had 15 groups.  The 2010 event had over 80 groups, with over
700 participants, representing almost every part of history.
We hope that this upcoming event will be bigger than the last one.

The 2014 OFMD Living History Event will also be Commemorating
the 100th Anniversary of Fort MacArthur (1914-2014)  and the beginning of the war to end all wars, The Great War - World War 1.
